Our security systems are operated from a dedicated Internet hosting facility with state-of-the-art equipment and security, including core routing and switching with best in class Juniper and Cisco hardware, daily data backups, N+1 redundant diesel generators, UPS battery backup and tier-1 Gigabit and OCx Internet connections with a 99.9+% network uptime track record.

The Ecard (ARTpostcard) application and other applications on this URL are powered by Espectro Arts, LLC. The information presented in the application(s) is copyrighted and may not be distributed or copied, including all text, images, and graphics, without prior written permission from Espectro Arts, LLC.? According to the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986, any unauthorized attempts by users to edit, update, or misrepresent any data on this site are prohibited and may be punishable by law.
IV. Information We Collect
To the extent we collect information other then what a user voluntarily provides when accessing the Site and the services herein, it is aggregate information only. We gather certain generic and non-specific information concerning our site visitors use of the ARTpostcard web site to improve the user experience. Third parry advertisers and sponsors from time to time may also be interested in the collective data. At no time will any personably identifiable information about our customers be used. Computer data "cookies" may also be used in order to improve the site integrity, messaging, user experience and for record keeping purposes. ARTpostcard may collect and store certain IP addresses related to our site visitors and their use of the website. IP addresses are unique numeric identifiers. An IP address, by itself, cannot identify a user personally. When combined with other information provided by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), the IP address can be used to identify the computer originating a message. Sending an ARTpostcard Ecard, message or posting a comment and other related site activitiesare not anonymous activities nor are they intended to be used for this purpose. The sender of the ARTpostcard Ecard will be known to the recipient and any information the sender includes in the body of the message, their name and location (as entered by the sender), including the time and date of the Ecard communication, will be available to site visitors and others as part of the ARTpostcard Community Art Project, and will be publically available information.
Notwithstanding the above policies, we reserve the right to disclose additional personal or identifiable information, including IP addresses, to appropriate third parties if we are required to do so by law or we believe that such action is necessary. Some examples would be, but not limited to, the need to comply with a legal process wherein a subpoena or search order has been issued by a jurisdictional court of law, an investigation concerning the misuse, intentional or otherwise, of the ARTpostcard Ecard service, an attempt to use a false email address or using the service to send false, misleading, libelous, harassing, threatening, abusive, or obscene material. In all such instances ARTpostcard will take the opportunity to protect site visitors and individuals against any misuse or unauthorized use of this service. The user assumes any and allrisks and consequences associated with such disclosure(s).
